i was offered a RAD position with them. at first, i was not able to do my training on the days that they needed me to b/c of my main job so i accepted another offer for another company. NET emailed me back to let me know that they would work with me on my training days, but i had already taken the other offer so they just wished me well. just that alone made me keep them in my favorites in case i decide to try with them again one day.
