they are hoping you will quit? my experience is that what you say is not true...i make no where near 7.5 cpl and as far as the VR, sometimes companies are forced to change with the times too and i think this is the case here....a longtime client wanting change...i think if you are doing your job consistently and correctly then this shorting of lines, etc wouldn't be happening to you...and if it is so terrible why don't you use all that ambition you have and find another job??
