I don't think I would even consider leaving MQ if it weren't for that etime thing. I don't need benefits and I would like to go back to the IC status I had years ago.

Benefits are great if people need them, but people who don't are stuck paying for those that do. I say, let me work IC and pay me a little more per hour. Right now, MQ's making a killing off those of us who don't take the benefits.
