i believe their pay rate is 8 or 9 to 11 cpl. Work types depend upon acct. Most are acute care accts, as i understand it. Usually there is plenty of work on my accts, but like anywhere, there are fluctuations. They will give you backup accts if you wish. i do think that they try harder than other places to manage things so that the MTs have consistent work as well as keep the client happy -- it has to be a difficult balance to strike. they will try to match accts to the work types you prefer. You can move between work types per your choice and/or the need of the acct. Personally, i think MDI is the best.
