I have worked at three different companies and have been able to achieve 2000 lines per day on different platforms. The trick is just making yourself sit there and get it done. I work about 7 -8 hours a day. I type from 6 am until about 10 and I will usually have 1100 lines done. take a break and then type for another three hours or so and I am done. You just have to treat it like a job and work steadily without checking emails, answering phone, etc.
