Yea Silent Type told me that I would have to come to New Jersey to train and they would pay me up to $500 for expenses AFTER I had worked for them 6 months. She told me she wanted to be up front and honest with me and said they have VERY high expectations/requirements of their MTs and most don't even make it through the probation period and if you don't, you don't get paid back for the trip. Really nice lady though, I kind of like the up front attitude, but I decided to pass on the training.
