I worked for net med for a very short time. You are expected to fill in patient information that should have been done in the office by searching through months of patient appointment sheets if the docs are behind in their dictation. They fail to tell you that you are not being paid for an entire normal, just the characters that you are filling in. Thus, after working for about 4 hours I made a little over $3.00. I can work cheap but not that cheap. I felt really bad for the girls already there because they were working themselves to death and many hours a day just to get a decent line count to live on. I personally did not enjoy working for them at all.
