if you're scheduled to be paid on the 15th and 30th or 31st, and those days land on a sat, sun, or observed holiday, you will be paid the fri before that. you don't get the 3 paychecks you normally would around march or april and sept or oct.

should you decide to keep your current job that pays every other week and a twice a month job, it comes in handy having checks coming in almost every week if not a few days apart.
