On the other hand, I have seen some very positive posts on JLG from other MTs, and I do know that they value MTs highly and the pay is higher than most companies. Now, working on the inside is a different story, but if you are going for MTing at home I think you should give it a try and do a search to find the posts from other MTs. When I left they had direct deposit, but the benefits were expensive. I think as long as you are not in the office with the drama, you will be okay.
