she had her nose so far up Jason's butt it wasn't funny. She sucked and knew NOTHING!! How can you teamlead on an account you don't know how to do... she was barely a transcriptionist with little experience. There WERE a lot of great teamleaders there.. gone now, true. But don't say she was the best when you obviously don't know the others. The ones they have now suck big time but then.. so does the company these days. The good people have moved on or planning to soon.
