I had mixed experience, but was so grateful that they hired a newbie. QA support was difficult to get sometimes, i I only had one review in almost a year. It was difficult to get feedback. THey made some arbitrary decisions that greatly affected my work. I tried to stick with it thru a very stressfull 6 mos and ultimately found local work, which I like much, much better
