My particular account it is very slow not because of the holiday but because of overhiring. They are very professional, true. Knowledgable? Depends on the coordinator. Several of them have several different accounts they are on and can't get everything right everytime. Getting a decent line count depends also on your account. If you are on an account with 90% ESL dictators who dictate on their cell phones, yes, getting a decent line count is hard. Good for you in liking the company and not having any gripes.
