All of you disgruntled ex and current OSi employees must be independently wealthy to have all this time to spend berating, accusing, blaming, and gossiping. I was alerted to the presence of this filth on the board and decided to take a look. I won't make the mistake again.

The bottom line is, people, if you're a current OSi employee and you're unhappy, either address the person you're unhappy with to their face, like a mature and professional adult, or find a new job. Talk to your supervisor, talk to their supervisor, talk to someone in authority and at least ATTEMPT to resolve your concerns. Badmouthing everyone on a public forum is fruitless and does nothing but ruin morale for current employees and potential employees. It's unhealthy and doesn't do anything. If you don't have the capacity to be professional and mature, and you are REALLY as unhappy as you state, then don't let the door hit your bum on the way out. There are OSI employees reading these boards that are hard working, honest, valued and respected members of their field, that are considered assets to their company by their team. I'm talking about some incredible MTs, a number of awesome QA specialists, helpful and reliable operations staff, talented and compassionate managers... Every company has problems, and OSi is one of them. Yes, we have some crappy MTs. Maybe we have some underqualified and overworked QA staff. More importantly, and what you're forgetting, is this company also has fine employees who are good people, and it is simply not fair to lump those people in with these statements you are making. Regardless of who the QA Manager is or her qualifications or the one before her or how many years' experience the other one had, you people are being unfair to the company as a whole. You are hurting everyone with these posts, and MANY of them are just NOT true. I'd like to see one of you who has so much to say about the QA manager fill her shoes. I'm not even stipulating that she is qualified or wonderful, but I doubt that any of you has an inkling what it is to be a QA Manager.

As for my experiences, I myself have never kissed anyone's butt and any supervisor of mine can attest to that. To the contrary, I have repeatedly made waves and fought things I disagreed with, in a professional manner with the appropriate parties in the appropriate places, and yet I still manage to succeed with OSi, get excellent scores on my audits, get along with everyone, including all managers and MTs alike, get paid promptly and fairly, rewarded when deserved, and I am happy. A positive attitude is essential no matter where you work. You are going to get back what you put in. I put in high quality work, and I get back high quality reviews and good pay. I put in a good attitude, and everyone treats me kindly. I TREAT OTHERS WITH RESPECT, and so I am treated with respect. This is my experience at every MT company I have worked for. You get what you put in, period.

For you disgrunted ex OSi employees, get over it and move on with your lives. Be happy you're no longer employed with the "terrible" and "evil" OSi and be happy elsewhere.

I am sad for all of you that you are so miserable, for whatever reason, but it is in your power to change it. Only you can make your life better. Only you can make your job better. If you don't like your employer, then find another one, but don't make everyone else miserable in the process.

Based on the posts on the board, I am most certain many of you will come back with catty and childish comments about me being a manager or member of the QA Staff or a butt kisser, but let me assure you none of that is the case. I am merely an exemplary and valued employee and damn good at what I do, and OSi recognizes that and honors me for it, and always has, whether you believe it or not.

Best wishes and best of luck to you all.
