pay

My pay has not decreased. I currently make 5 cpl more than when I started 7 years ago. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it really makes a difference in my check.

I wouldn't stay at a job where my workload stayed the same, or increased, but my paycheck kept decreasing.

I must say, however, it does take a bit more effort at times to get my lines doing the ASR so I don't go down in pay. I make myself get at least double the ASR lph as compared to my straight transcription lph. If I didn't do this, my paycheck would go down.
