Been relatively happy with the company up until recently. When I first started I got one report after the other in a sequential manner. Now I run up to 6 hours behind sometimes and getting impossible dictators, reports that yield very few lines, overall just junk junk junk. The change is like night and day from when I first started, lines are getting harder to make and Im getting very frustrated. Never get much response from team lead so who would be the next step do you know?

I posted below a few days ago with a couple of questions regarding KS. While one was answered, the other was totally ignored, and still would like to get an answer, if possible.
KS had posted an ad on MTDaily job board for acute care and oncology transcriptionists. The platforms were stated as being Chartscript, Meditech and Word. Does anyone know which platform is used for the onc. account? TIA

You said they let you work when YOU want to work. How come their ads actually say full time with set days?

I have been with Keystrokes for 2 years and can say the same as KSMT...
