i honestly don't see this as being a national security thing.   i've seen how MTs and everyone else in the medical business does NOT honor confidentiality, including MDs.  everyone talks, everyone's information is out there and all over the place.  get used to it.  and with all of this being done over the net, it won't matter what country is hearing and typing this stuff.  its all the same difference, no matter who is doing the work. 


i feel MOST of us in the medical profession do our best to respect the confidentiality of patients, but sometimes things get out there, whether you are an American or reside in a different country.  we are all the same.


the only difference is that companies that want to make more money, or lower their expenses, are going to go with the lowest bidder.  and that in general is NOT American workers. 


no one is to blame for any of this.  blame it on the market and the future.
