Platform is MT friendly. However, the time clock requirement is not. The time clock is a serious issue for any MT not wanting to work all day to keep that line count above the requirement. MTs can be hired as full time for just 35 hours a week, but an inquiry may find that most have to work 40 just to get their lph requirement.
IMO, the most serious issues are with incompetent upper management with no MT background and poor knowledge and application of data management and use of statistics. This issue appears to be seriously damaging morale within the company. Unfortunately, the owner(s) is(are) out of touch with what's happening below. I would not recommend any position with them at present.
