She's lucky to get that!!! This company routinely hires people with little experience and then "provides them" with the H&Ps and better work and lets the experienced transcriptionists with the small reports, foreign dictators, bad quality. It definitely depends who the production managers like whether you can even make a living at transcend- they dole out the work and you get what is left or what they give you!
