They are SUPER NICE people, no problems with pay and I believe you can choose to be employee or IC. The only problem is they just don't have work. You may have work for an entire week and then the next week only have 1 day of work. If you wanted it as part-time it would be wonderful, but I don't believe you can depend on your income from them from what I have experienced and what I have heard from others.
