 This is the ONLY company I have EVER had this problem with.  I like to consider myself a smart cookie, so caught on to her foolishness pretty quick.  Maybe you need to be a bit firm with her and let her know you will file charges if she does not pay you.  I charged her late fees and the bank fee for the bounced check, and she did finally pay.  I didn't let up and emailed and called repeatedly.  I think it was much easier for her to just take care of it than deal with me.  Don't let her get away with this!
