As far as 40+ per year, I am really not sure.  I guess that would really depend upon how much time you put into it.  I do QA for them and the one thing I can say is that we NEVER run out of work, which is awesome.

The software they use integrates with Word and is absolutely wonderful.  After a year with them, I have no complaints.

Sound files........ Well to be honest, I have had a few bad ones, but more so because the physician is cutting himself off while dictating or something along those lines.  The actual audio itself was perfectly clear.

Management is great.  They leave you alone to do your work.  However, they do ask that you are there to do your work :) 

I know you will get good and bad responses, so this is just my opinion.  All I can say is this....... I have 16 years experience and been with them for 1 year.  They are a good company to work for.  Pay is on time.  Plenty of work.  Management is nice.
