To make the doctors realize the speak recognition does not save time and the ones suffering for it are the MTs and new MTs need not to have the wool pulled under there eyes that working at home is just their benefit. It greatly benefits the MT companies, they don't have to pay rent, etc. to put you, the QA and supervisory staff someplace - you would think we could gain a little from that benefit the same as the companies and the doctors do. To sum it up, the doctors are paying less for the work because of the SR companies selling a time fact that does not exist, the MT companies are saving on office space and the MTs are being told that they have a wonderful benefit in working at home and now are putting less and less in their hard working, well educated hands - we NEED A UNION.
