spyware

Spyware can be installed without you knowing it and can monitor what you do whether you are in their system or not.

Now as to whether MTSOs will install Spyware on a worker's computer; I don't know and certainly can't accuse any of them of that.

However, spyware can be installed quite easily over the internet without the computer's owner knowing.  For example, some of those free screensaver sites install spyware and track what you are doing.

Good free softwares to use to detect and remove spyware can be found on the internet.  I use AdAware (Lavasoft).
