I am also working on Extext but tend to get the same lousy doctors over and over. Today I had a 20 minute horrible dictation that took me about 2 hours to do. Don't mind doing my share but to get this same doctor every day and others that are equally as horrible seems fishy. Every day I try to keep positive thinking luck of the draw but on the other hand also reminsce about the days of getting lots of template dictations and docs you could get wonderful lines with, those days have been gone for a while now.
