I have the printed out E-mail stating the offer to me and my acceptance of it, also have my paycheck stub now showing the significant difference in my pay...they had offered me $10 per hour plus my line count for all typed lines...at the time I thought to myself this is definitely one of those offers that sound too good to be true. They stuck to their end of the bargain for 1 year and 3 months up until today. No real reason, just that the company will no longer be paying hourly wage to any MT or QA personnel any longer. I look at it this way, they were in a jam at one time, I helped get them out of their jam, and now that they have used me for their benefit, they are saying to he double L with you now! They certainly have to know that NO employee would be happy with this situation so they obviously could give a rat's butt if the employee quits...I am sure they covered their butt before taking their drastic action. It kind of feels like a very hard slap in the face after being spit in the face!
