Unemployment also did not care if they promised me a certain amount of lines and did not provide them. They only cared if they hired me for 32-40 hours, wanted to know how many hours I worked. I finally ended up just guessing on the hours I actually worked based on my production every day because they said they could only work with me if I was paid hours.
Every Sunday I had to get online and provide the amount of money I made that week and then they would give me a partial check based on what I reported to them.
Thankfully, I have found a new job and that is not necessary anymore, but it is good to know that it is available if I need it again in the future.
