Where was the $35K rumor? I missed that. People on some sort of list to be let go really could be anything. Could be office support staff, could be people not performing well quality wise, could be people not meeting production goals, could be management, could be left-handed redheads.. who knows. I really can't see that they would want to let high producers go. If there are no production incentives, and they say there aren't, then it would make no sense to let people go get paid the same as everyone else and make more money for the company.
