The MT said she DID send the FOB back already, but there was no tracking of it. Is she supposed to produce a second one to send back?
It's not the MTs fault that the company never got her set up to work. She never made any income at all from this company, only lost income by wasting time.
Case closed.
For what it's worth, this company is on the small side. No HR department. Most of their accounts are second hand when another MTSO needs help, or at least they are not full service accounts. The work flow is sporadic at best.
