I think the owner posted this herself.   I don't think Bush held a gun to your head to make you do it.

    This post smells like
someone trying to lower the standard even more, probably an office exec trying to get a better deal. Do some checking around, the lowest I found was $17.00/hr. If you are finding anyone cheaper than that, they are probably desperate for a job because they can't get that position anywhere else. You truly get what you pay for. Haven't you learned that by now, or maybe quality doesn't matter anymore just the lining of your pockets!
    Yep, smells like management

*Those who can't do*...  Please, spare us...  VR is easy to learn and do.  To make any money at it--NOT.  For the MT, that is.  For the MTSO, improves that bottom line quite a bit!  You can see how most MTs do not want to be ripped off by VR by the comments on this board.  So, now, instead of telling us how much more money we can make on VR, since that has obviously been proven to be a LIE, you are trying to SHAME us into learning it by claiming that those of us who refuse to do VR can't.  Sorry, that won't work either.  VR is a total ripoff and only benefits the MTSO.

Here's another saying you might like, since you seem to be so fond of them:  Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on ME.  You can't fool us about VR anymore.  It is a sham.

    Smells like management
The answer IS simple, many of us are looking for new jobs but the process takes a while.....applying, testing, interviewing, getting set up. Let's see, the majority may be starting their new jobs in say.....July.
Sounds like, smells like --- bad business!
    Glad I never signed on.
Smells a bit familiar, doesn't it? Like the Q!!!
I am seeing an unfolding of events almost identical to the scenario which played out at MQ, particularly ever since the takeover by CBay when a big push came to offshore everything possible ASAP.

I'm very suspicious of this myself.

And their silence to all of the MTs who were out of work also sounds very much like the Q, where MTs out of work email everyone on their chain of command and are met with silence.
