That's my feeling, too. They're waiting so we have to stay. I'm 1 step ahead of them. I'm already applying at other companies to hopefully beat the holiday lull and have a backup plan in place for when they cut my pay.
I also have a couple non-MT positions that I'm going to be testing for next month in a different field. I have a good shot at 1 of those. This is just a really bad time of year for me to try to start a new job. I was hoping to hold off until after the holidays, but I don't think that would be a smart move. Best to get my ducks in a row now.

I was also with MQ but was able to get out just before CBay. I ended up with MDI. How do you find these small companies? I've only ever worked for MQ and MDI. A friend introduced me MQ and I was with them for 10 years before going to MDI.
How do you find the small MTSOs and how do you know which ones to trust?
