We must work for the same co. now. I, too, left MQ for the same reasons you did. I hated the cesspool more any anything, unless you count a 30% drop in pay for ASR, which nearly bankrupted me. I'm still not out of the woods. Started with KS yesterday.

    I have twins
    who are 3 and work at home. Luckily, my company is very flexible. I work throughout the day when I can and then when they nap (if they do) and when they go to bed at night around 8:00 to 9:00. Believe me, I understand what it's like. There are good days and bad days. My husband goes to school at night and works during the day, so about the only time I can work is when they are sleeping.
