We have had it 2 months now. Of a day, people on the other end have trouble hearing us and say we sound like we are under water. It is better late at night and you have to try various phones on it. Our regular desk phone doesn't work well with it, but the cordless does. We ordered the 800 line and it never did work. We had 4 family members try to call from various states and all got a recording. Talked to the tech people and they insisted it worked. Cancelled it on the next billing, but they didn't get the message they said and would not refund, stating it worked fine (with them you can go online and see all of the incoming and outgoing calls). There were no incoming calls to the line, but still they wouldn't refund. We aren't thrilled with the quality at all, it breaks up really bad during the day. We had better luck with zerocents.com. We previously had Verizon unlimited but the bill ran about 120.00 a month for all the features. Verizon and Charter Cable also have the internet phones now.
