First of all they don't pay us when they run out of work. Most places that require a time sheet pay you for showing up. Secondly they pay by production. And when they run out of work, send us to another account, another office, etc. we don't make any training bucks, we lose bucks until we catch on. And this will tie my hands, like most of you I work a second job because I don't trust MQ will be there for me. I could do this on 30 hours a week, but not on 40. A person can only work so much. It will make me very nervous just having one job. I can't tell you how much that second job has saved my behind when we were out of work, computer broke, hospital shut us out, you name it, in 8 years i have seen it all. And NO compensation when things go wrong. So I had to compensate myself. Will think long and hard about remaining FT and sacrificing my safety net. Anyone else feel the same???
