they don’t actually outsource TO Spheris, but they get work in FROM Spheris... Still tend to agree with Frustrated on this one... I am still working there, despite seeing terrible things happening to others.. But i refuse to go over and above anymore and do the bare minimum... Only stayed because i need the paycheck

The platforms have required pcShorthand, a program I have grown to detest. I like my autocorrect in MS WORD just fine. One that did not require ShortHand for Expander program, the time to set up and send each report is horrendous.
welll. for the most part
Just stay away from the manager of the Providence account and others that person might have. She singles out people and hounds them to death about STUPID stuff. Then lies about it when confronted. I think she must be bipolar or something. Maybe just narcissistic.. Or perhaps bully is a better word.
They do pay on time and for the most part are wonderful people. But you do begin to wonder about an owner who allows one manager to be nasty to her people, person after person....

I'm a tier III and still don't get paid for op notes, so don't feel toooo bad - my cpl is less than yours. ;)
Welll....I do have a millionaire husband who IS my nanny..
Heck..he doesnt have a real job.. He can cook, clean and watch the kids LOL
