I am going to talk to someone at our university in the statistics department. They are always taking on survey projects for their classes. I am going to ask that they call every physician in my state, and as many citizens as they can in three larger cities, to see if they 1) KNOW that their information is in India, and 2) prefer it that way. If any of you have universities or community colleges in your area, I beg you to do the same. They are always looking for projects and will do it for free.
