is a phone interview with both. I always considered i was interviewing THEM as well as they me. what a person or a company is looking for is so hard to generalize about really. Know what is important to you, have a list of questions, research the company a bit, and talk to each. Tell them you want to sleep on it, then decide. At that point, it probably will be an easy decision. Good luck!
