They will probably have your hospital work done by Medware India or voice recognition.  If they don't and keep you on, you will probably have to do several other accounts and believe me, they have TONS of ESLs.  Each account will have different rules, which will be your responsibility to memorize and keep up to date.

I never found there was a problem with communication there.  In fact, I found there were WAY too many emails, especially from a certain team leader.
