workin, workin, workin ..

In Reply to: So true! And most of us won't be able to afford to - retire, either. I'll be workin til I'm 100.

Thanks for the chuckle :) Shouldn't be a laughing matter but it's either that or cry!

Totally agree .. we'll be working away with our spindly little fingers and how will they know we're gone? The company calling to find out why the work hasn't been completed in a timely fashion!

where ya workin?
Where did you find work that paid more? I'm a CMT with 17 years experience. Can you email me and let me know?
No, that's not good at all. Won't be workin there!

You're not workin for a National, are ya? :) nm

I found that out with a month of workin for them.
I had made myself a promise as soon as I discovered I was lied to I was gone, no more wasting time. One lie shame on you, 2 lies and I stay shame on me. It is money you cannot make up regardless of what these ninies who are making doodle sqat say. If they are staying home to save the baby sitter money, I am tired of paying it for them. My training is worth something and they treat us like the village idiots, or worse yet don't even care. I found Transtech right up there with the rest of them.

If the industrial revolution make so many job losses then maybe this is another profession by the wayside. We cannot live on the wages the other countries can, and they companies know it and don't care. It is not possible. I have not had a raise in 6 years, I have 17 years acute care experience and it means nothing.
Workin, I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that one of the suggestions will work for you too. nm
