It seems kind of backwards to ask these opinions after you have already been hired. IMO, all these concerns should be addressed before you put in your application, or at least before you are hired.
In any respect, personally i like bayscribe. Its very very simple. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but adequate. Yes, they can use your previous expander. Ask the tech about your CDs, as that i don't know. These are good people and you can trust what they tell you. I am very happy to be working with them and hope you'll have the same experience.
