ACV for GERD

I've been using ACV for GERD for months and I swear by it. I also noticed that my blood pressure has gone down since taking it. I get Bragg's organic. I'm not bothered by the taste, but sometimes I mix a bit of apple juice concentrate with it.

Do you have any GERD symptoms during the day?...
I started having problems with disrupted sleep last year, then shortly after that started having mild dysphagia to bread-y foods.  Went to the Dr., who started me on pantoprazole, and ever since then I have not had many awakenings.  BTW, I did not have heartburn but was still diagnosed with GERD.
Does anyone use Protonix for GERD? Is it going to work just like Nexium?
Ran out of Nexium and can't afford to get a new Rx, so my neighbor gave me a bunch of Protonix.  Just wondering if it's going to work and if there are any contraindications. TIA!
