you could map out the store.  Saw this on the news once where a lady and her husband drew out a map and each aimed for a specific department/item.  It was pretty comical, but efficient when you think about it.  As for opening times, the ads will let you know.  Anyway, good luck!

the Magellan Maestro 4000 GPS portable navigational system for features and price.

He got it on Bizrate through Beach Camera.

I know it's popular, but don't put unsecured debt on your home.
No way, never ever do that. It's a huge mistake, you could end up losing your home. The risk is too great.

You definitely have to return the item first before
you'll ever get a refund. Same thing as buying at a dept store. You're not gonna walk in and say you're unhappy with something, but you left it at home, etc. Also its always policy to pay for your own return shipping. One of the risks of buying anything on line anywhere really. Just the way it goes. I used to be a huge buyer on E-bay but don't even visit the place anymore due to the garbage I started receiving. My husband still sells now and again, but its just a different market - lot of garbage buyers and sellers. Sorry for your experience. It happens all the time. You still might end up with nothing, but if you paid via Paypal, and you returned the item and have PROOF (you need delivery confirmation or signed insurance depending on the coat's value) you have a good chance of having them get the $ for you. If you paid via charge card, call your company and have them put a stop payment or chargeback on it. Good luck.
There is an item that has been advertising--sm
on TV for a couple of weeks now that is an epoxy type of material, which is supposed to bond everything. They show it forming a chain link and towing a huge semi. I cannot remember the name of it, but it is green, in tubes, and when you take it out, you squeeze it until it turns white, and then apply it. Perhaps someone else might remember the name of it.
Me, too. I never agree with popular opinion. Same with best-selling books and/or TV shows. nm

Whatever sale item is most important to you
start there...early. Sale ads from Wednesday night's or Thursday morning's newspapers should tell you the store hours and sale hours. Many end at 11am. My dd and I like to go about an hour after stores open, though it's still dark outside. The crowds that were waiting in line overnight for the big ticket items are gone by then, and most everyone else avoids the stores until the afternoon hours, thinking they will be less crowded. Wrong they are though. There are more employees on duty early rather than later, so things move more quickly in the morning hours. We've also found the earlier crowds to be friendlier. DD starts singing Christmas carols while standing in line and soon lots of others join in. She's a blast to shop with. Then we go to a late breakfast and go home before the unfriendly crowds show up. Hope your experience is an enjoyable one.
We let everyone pick one menu item
for Thanksgiving dinner. No one cares much for turkey, so we are having ham, sweet potatoes, mac & cheese, green beans, corn, homemade rolls, asparagus, bruschetta, pumpkin pie, cheesecake, and Rice Krispy treats.

It is not terribly traditional, but everyone always has something they will eat,and the kids have fun making their choices.

One year the kids picked lasagna, grilled cheese sandwiches, shrimp cocktail, Pizza Rolls, and Pop Tarts. It was interesting and fun. It also alleviates some of the stress of trying to create the "perfect" Thanksgiving dinner.
most requested item from my pantry
Don't forget the sweet things tend to be the favorites when everyone is freaking out. We skipped the valentines day thing this year and made a massive pink cake that everyone made together and ate instead of spending tons of money on cards and candy.
Go to eBay help and type in item not received
it will then give you an option to file a claim.
Just curious...do you go shopping on Thanksgiving? Even for that one item you forgot?...sm

I do not work by choice....I made the choice to work for a service that is closed on those days...but if I CHOSE to work for a company that worked those days, then I would do what I was being paid to do.  We are not the only business where you chose to work for a company that requires this.  I do not think that people who work at Wal-Mart or K-Mart do so by choice, but because they have to.
