Just started Atkins
I started Atkins 2 weeks ago and have lost 9 lbs. Now before someone tries to burst my bubble I know it is mostly water weight. Is anyone else on here using atkins? By the way my starting weight is 390 I am 6ƈ''. Everyone have a great day.

Anyone start Atkins on Jan 1?
I'm doing it again......Atkins that is. I started January 2 and have lost 6 pounds, yea! I want to lose about 30. Anyone else start it that wants to encouarge each other on here? I can't find a dieting forum, so hope it's okay to put it on the gab board. Think I'll go eat some chicken!

I am kind of on the non-imaginative side when it comes to it though. I did it before and got bored really quick. Do you have a book or are you just winging it?
