Beagles come in two sizes...

There are 13-inch Beagles and 15-inch Beagles. We had a 15-inch Beagle that weighed 65 pounds. He was solid as a rock, and the vet said that he never had seen such a large Beagle in all the years he has been a vet. We now have another 15-inch Beagle that weighs 45 pounds. If you want a small Beagle, get a 13-inch.

Oh, I love beagles! sm
I have always wanted one. They are so cute! The only reason I haven't gotten one is because we live in the country and I heard that they will wander far from home if not fenced in. I hope your beagle does well with the procedure. Just think of how happy she will be to see you tomorrow!
OK I have exp with raising beagles...sm
My husband has 10 hunting beagles in kennels. I do most of the taking care of them. I also have a pit bull and a beagle inside.

You are in a predicament. The dog definitely deserves and should be treated the best that can be provided. First of all, is she getting fed and all? Make sure she has food and water. Look on the internet and look at the pics of dogs with sarcoptic mange. Just a few months ago one of our beagles got it and looked awful. She lost her hair and scratched and had bleeding spots on her from the scratching. Some just lose spots of hair. If it has this I can tell you how to get rid of it and make the dog look like a different dog. We treat our beagles a lot ourselves. If it has mange it would need ivermectin but the problem is if it has heartworms and you wouldn't know unless you take it to the vet to check then the ivermectin would kill it. The test to check is about $30. If it does not have the heartworms then you give it a shot of ivermectin 1/10 of a mL for every 10 pounds. Make sure not to overdose. You give it once a week for 4-5 weeks. It kills the mange and most everything else it might have. But you have to be very careful because an overdose is lethal. Also to help grow the hair back you put on NuStock which can be bought at a feedstore for around $12 a tube. It has instructions on it. THe ivermectin can be bought at the feedstore too. This is for cows. That is why you only give it a very small amount. It is 30 something dollars for a thing of it. This is how I cured my husbands beagle and it worked and the dog looks great. Regrew all the hair and is very healthy. But make sure it don't have heartworms first. And weigh it to see how much to give. This is a alternative to vet care and I am telling you it works.
Actually these beagles won't kill the ...sm
rabbit or do anything to it. They will only trail it and let you know where it is and if you want to kill the rabbits you can do it but the dogs won't touch it. BUT my husband just does it for sport. He doesn't kill the rabbits either. He just gets a kick out of watching the dogs get all worked up trailing the rabbit and if you have never heard a beagle on a rabbit trail. They howl and sing like you would not believe. But I am happy to say the beagles won't kill. I told my husband do not kill any rabbits and bring them here. And he doesn't. It is just a hobby. No killing or mauling takes place. We are animal friendly. :)
aren't beagles yappers?
Every beagle I've ever known was a howlin' hounddog. Really noisy.

In general I'd say dog size & volume are inversely proportional.
I'll be dipped...he can dip his own hunting beagles!..sm.

You've got a lot on your plate blondie....You have 2 children, not just one.  Hope all goes well with you.   Cat

My husband has a kennel full of beagles...sm
He rabbit hunts with them and loves it. Before rabbit season went out which I think it just did he was hunting rabits with the beagles all the time. I think he enjoys the dogs hunting and watching them more than actually wanting rabbits. My husband has said he will never move to a subdivision either because he wants to be in the country where he can have his privacy and dogs and all but that doesn't bother me. I am fine living in the country. I couldn't take the keeping pigenos in a cage just to kill them. I would not like that. Now my husband if he has been hunting does tick checks on himself before he gets a shower. That is gross to just leave them until you are ready to pluck them off. I couldn't handle the junk either in the yard. My husband would have our yard looking like no telling what if I would allow it but I just stay on his you know what and I keep it looking pretty good. If he leaves a mess and doesn't clean it up in due time I have to do it because I don't want my yard looking like junky.
Now when it comes to being mean to the dogs and mistreating them there is no faster way to just make me mad as a firecracker. If someone makes the mistake of mistreating a dog in front of me I will go of. I don't think I would be able to restrain myself. I might have to actually become violent. That is just the way I am. I love animals and especially dogs. My husband doesn't mistreat his dogs. But he knows if he ever did he would pay dearly. I do not tolerate cruelty to animals. Animals many times can't defend themselves but I can.
sizes
I found juniors to be about 2 sizes bigger than misses. LIke a size 8 jeans in misses for me came to a size 11 juniors.
sizes
I would say it is a 4X or 5X depending on style. Christopher Banks has nice clothes and they don't shrink after the first wash.
clothing sizes
I don't know if this would further offer assistance, but I have also been in junior-sized clothing, and I am in my early 40s. I was a size 0 in high school and am a size 1 or 3 now, depending on the brand/manufacturing, which in and of itself is of consideration. For instance, Old Navy only has even sizes, so I would be in a size 2 for that. Misses and juniors are "cut" differently. Misses are cut wider, with juniors narrower from "east to west" with both tops and pants/jeans. At 5ƈ" and 109 pounds, misses would be too wide/baggy for me, even with consideration of a conversion. I think misses and juniors are two different "animals."
What are the engine sizes?
3.3 L engine is more reliable.
clothing sizes
Shoe size 10 or 11

Misses size 16-18

Just in case the other poster's too small for your shopping finds! ;)
I'm terrible at guessing sizes, myself...sm
I know it seems impersonal to a lot of people, but if you can't figure out her size, how about a gift certificate? I always ended up taking clothes back whenever I got them for Xmas...and I learned to appreciate the gift certificates, that way I could pick out what I really wanted myself....just a thought, though.....

Perfume samples/trial sizes

I'd like to be able to buy some trial/samples of various perfumes.  I've found a few random ones, even free ones, but I'd like to be able to try some of the expensive brands by just purchasing those small samples or trial sizes.  So far I haven't found a very large selection of these websites and the ones I have found only had a few fragrances from which to choose.  Anyone know where I can go to buy these for a decent price?

Thanks.

Ask the Department Stores that sell them. They often have travel sizes. NM

Yes, it was Dove. I agree that seeing older models of varied sizes..
helps us to imagine what clothing will look good on different body types and older/younger people. I know that Lands End used to have a feature called My Model, or something like that. You input your height, weight, measurements, even age, face shape, hair color and style, and you had a more or less realistic model, and the online shopper could then try the Lands End clothes on the model before buying. It was a little painful to be truthful and put in my measurements, and then see my cartoon model stand there in her underwear waiting to be dressed! LOL But I have to say that it was helpful. I tried on clothes that I thought would look great, and they didn't. When it came to a bathing suit, I actually tried on a recommended suit that I never imagined would look nice. It looked nice on the model and even better on me when it was delivered. It wasn't perfect, but it was a handy tool. I should go back and see if they still have that feature on their site.
I think Chadwick's might carry larger sizes, too. And stop in a bridal shop & at
