those strips you clean your face, pat dry, then wet your nose or chin or wherever you need them peel the strip off, stick it on (once a week) let it set & dry (I'm thinking 10 to 15 minutes maybe), then when you take it off, you can see all the blackheads stuck to it (if you get it stuck good) it pulls those little suckers right out.. there are others, but Biore is what we buy
