But - the deputy sheriff and I both

Posted By: Angry still and need to garnish bank account, some on 2007-05-29
In Reply to: I would pay the $25 or so consult fee for an - attorney to draft a letter to them first.

were there this morning and the manager said in front of the deputy sheriff I would be paid today at 4. What do you think a letter from a lawyer would accomplish? They did not show up in court when commanded by the courts to do so, did not answer any response sent from the court. Tell me why the lawyer, ok?

I would call the sheriff right now and report - seriously.
That is very, very unusual behavior and you need to make a record of it and protect yourself. Lock all your doors and be very, very cautious now. He knows you are alone now and vulnerable and who knows what he might do. Be careful!
Just like the MT profession, the sheriff just FADED AWAY instead of...
standing up to the evil and going down fighting, and based on how everybody fights on this board with each other, well a house divided will fall.
