Butterfinger pie

Easy as, well, pie.

Get a premade piecrust - graham cracker.

Filling:  One package cream cheese (softened), 2-3 cups sweetened whipped cream (I make my own or use the stuff in the spray can as I do not like partially hydrogenated fats, but you can use Cool-Whip or the like), and 8-10 small butterfingers, chopped finely (or put in a plastic bag and whacked the bejeebers out of).  Mix all this together, being careful to not deflate the whipped cream, and pour in pie shell.

Topping:  3-4 Crushed butterfingers - small ones.  Sprinkle on top.

This sounds so easy, and it is SOOOO good.  I am only allowed small portions of carbs like this, and man oh man, I wanted to eat the whole thing.
