I have been on antidepressants on and off for years. I truely believe they help. I haven't been on any for about 2 years and am doing well, but I won't hesitate to ask for something if I feel depression coming on. I guess in some ways I am lucky that I can immediatly identify the symptoms and know the difference between it just being a case of the blahs. Have been hopsitalized twice when I was younger. After 20 years even my DH knows when it is time for me to see a doctor. Praying for you.
