I get bpv (benign position vertigo), usually in periods of high stress.  When I get this, I cannot look laterally without the room spinning.  I can transcribe as long as I do not get up from chair, i.e. when I get up and try to move around, it gets worse.  Any shift in position makes it worse.  I cannot lay down at night, if I change positions in bed the room spins.  I hope you don't have this.  Meclizine fixes it fast if you do.

Have had this before - dizziness
I hvae had this before, gets better as the day goes on.  It is inner ear, sometimes fluid there.  They had me take nasal spray (Azmacort) which really helped.  Every now and then I still get it and use the nasal spray.  I did not have sore throat or ear ache only the dizziness.   Felt like I had drank a bottle of whiskey but had not and talk about room spinning.   If it gets better as the day wears on and the more you are up it is probably fluid behind the eardrum, of not it could be something else.  You could talk to a pharmacist to see what OTC nasal spray would help if you cannot get into your doctor.   Get feeling better.   I actually had to hold onto the wall to keep from bouncing off of it.
Dizziness - anyone have trouble with this after transcribing all day?
Or anyone know of any help for this?  The more I transcribe, the worse it is.
