Somebody from that department would actually be waiting on the phone while it was being typed.... yes it really happened.

  • Neither. I work in a corp position and we have Thanksgiving off plus - day after plus Christmas.
    • I am betting the good MTs make a lot more than you do, with paid holidays, too. - corporate position?
      • A few do. I still wouldn't go back. I love what I do - with less stress and more flexibility.
