I would not say this is discrimination at all - sm
just them not living up to what they "promised". They just pulled a bait and switch, which I don't think is illegal in job hiring unless you have your job description in writing. I would just move on. Good Luck.
feline UTI, any suggestions?

It appears that my Maine Coon has another UTI.  She had one a few months ago and got Amoxicillin, which was disastrous.  I don't think I even got 2 doses in her.  Also, the vet bill was $120.  My vet told me that she would've eventually gotten over it, which she did.  Even so...that's no guarantee, etc.

Obviously, I don't want to do the same thing again unless necessary.  I did a little research on line for natural remedies, but some of them are rather pricey, too.  It's 1 AM, and I have a doc appt. in the AM which I can't miss, so am obviouusly concerned.  I wrote down a few homeopathic things, so will check out a health food store on my way back tomorrow from the doc.  Of course, if she's worse in the AM, I'll have to drop her off at my vet's.  She's eating, though.

I know there are many cat lovers here, so would appreciate any input.  Needless to say, cost and speed in resolving this are big issues.

Thanks so much in advance!

Difference between judgment and discrimination
It wasn't 20 years ago that he murdered those 2 people.

Yes, you are wrong and I will be happy to correct you. Most restaurants, especially privately owned local restaurants - that are not part of a franchised chain for example - have signs up that say they have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Also, you are using discrimination in a pejorative sense. Before political correctness robbed this country of its moral fiber and backbone, discrimination was a good thing. It meant using common sense and good judgment in every aspect of one's life. I think we could all use some discrimination in our lives together.

I see no reason why any business owner should be forced to serve anyone, as long as they aren't basing that refusal on religion, gender or race.

A feline is not that expensive and what I have heard is
the rodents, etc. leave even when they catch a smell of them. Have not seen 1 here but at my other house my older feline caught and killed 2, 1 big and 1 smaller. She was very proud of herself.
